Silicon Interfaces joins Cadence OpenChoice Program for IPs
May 5th 2004
Silicon Interfaces, a high-end Design Services provider company for leading Semiconductor, Systems, Telecom, Wireless and Optical Networking as well as Wired for LAN, WAN and the Metro, Fabric Channel Interconnect, Data Communications, Embedded Systems, and Storage Companies, announced an IP Partnership Program through their business unit, Silicon Cores — Core to the Intelligent System.
Silicon Cores' key focus has been to provide efficient, reusable and scalable functional IP and Verification solutions for SOC, ASIC and FPGA using the Open Hardware Description and Verification Languages.
By incorporating Cadence tools in Design Methodology flow, the IPs will benefit better optimization and the customer for both the companies shall have access to growing number of reusable IPs.
The Cores are all qualified and verified by using Verilog or VHDL Test Benches along with Temporal and Protocol checkers. Wherever applicable test suites from certification bodies are applied.
•
