Fault Simulation
- Fault simulation is a critical process in various fields such as electrical/electronic engineering, hardware design, and safety analysis. It involves modeling and simulating faults or errors in systems to assess their behavior, impact, and recovery mechanisms. Noting the voluminous data sets required as test vectors, several factors over for large SOCs (in 10s/100s of millions gates) since analysis needs to be done on Stuck@faults Silicon Interfaces has effectively applied AI/Ml to reduce the time required for Fault determining and to reduce the reliance on High Performance Computing (HPC).
